Sound Waters

Year after year, Sound Waters is the largest public gathering held in Island County for marine, nearshore and environmental education.

It provides a "one day university for all" to help the public learn about a wide variety of topics related to the appreciation and preservation of our environment and marine resources.

The first Sound Waters was held in 1994. In 2003, over 250 people attended. In February 2008, more than 540 people came.
